At Aura Restored, we partner with trusted global suppliers to offer you a wide range of products. As a result, your order may ship directly from the manufacturer or fulfillment center best able to serve you.
Processing Time:
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Delivery & Fulfillment:
  • Shipping times vary by supplier and product location, but most orders are delivered within 5–21 business days.
  • You may receive separate packages/tracking emails if you order multiple items.
Order Tracking:
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please note, tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially for international orders.
Shipping Costs:
  • Calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Customs & Duties:
  • For international orders, additional fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues:
  • As a marketplace, we work closely with our suppliers to resolve delays, damages, or lost packages. Please contact support@aurarestored.com within 3 days of a delivery issue or if your package does not arrive in the expected timeframe.
Address Accuracy:
  • Be sure to enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. Aura Restored is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
