Return Policy

We want you to love your Aura Restored purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@aurarestored.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. We respond to all return requests within 1 business day with instructions and your return shipping label.
  3. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. If no return request is received within this window, any approved exchange will be for in-store credit only.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Complete Return Requirement

A refund will only be issued once the item has been returned in full. Any item that is returned incomplete, partially used, or missing components will not qualify for a refund. Any unreturned or used portion of the item constitutes full acceptance of the merchandise, and no refund will be issued for that portion.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • The complete item — including all components, accessories, and original packaging — must be returned.
  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns will need to be sent to the address provided with your return package instructions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item in full, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure about your item, contact us for clarification.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your complete return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any item that is returned incomplete or partially used.
  • Please note, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for your funds to appear.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@aurarestored.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification required. Items must be returned in full and in their original condition as described above.
